In this role, you will report to the Customer Trust lead and help grow the business by addressing security questions, supporting our GTM team with accurate responses, and elevating our overall security posture. You will operate at the intersection of technical security, customer success, audit, and AI innovation, using Harvey’s tools to speed

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Information Security or Customer Trust roles with a compliance focus.
• Audit frameworks experience; able to explain controls to customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to translate complex topics.
• 1-2+ years leveraging AI models or automation to improve processes.
• Strong data analytics and dashboard-building capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Serve as technical point of contact for GTM team and customers on security questions.
• Use AI and Harvey tools to automate responses and improve efficiency.
• Define and report KPIs for the Customer Trust function and track impact.
• Develop thought leadership materials to support GTM teams in security discussions.
• Collaborate with Product Security, Legal, and GTM to align security positioning.
