This role reports to the Customer Trust lead and drives security inquiries, GTM support, and trust posture improvements to win complex deals. You will operate where technical security meets customer success, audit, and AI innovation, using Harvey tools to speed up responses and raise

Formación

• 3+ years in Information Security, Customer Trust, or security consulting with compliance experience.
• Experience communicating controls to customers and navigating complex frameworks.
• Proven ability to build dashboards and report on security metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as technical contact for GTM and customers on security questions, delivering timely, accurate responses.
• Leverage AI and internal tools to automate and scale responses with high quality.
• Establish KPIs for the Customer Trust function and report on response velocity and impact.
• Manage the Trust Center and knowledge base; support GTM with security thought leadership.
• Collaborate with Product Security, Legal, and GTM to align on security positioning.
