Job summary

Imperva, A Thales Company, seeks a Senior Customer Operations Analyst to join the Customer Intelligence team. You will own the CS platform (Planhat), maintain data accuracy across Planhat and Snowflake, and optimize processes used by the CS organization.

You will configure AI features, automate workflows, and collaborate with Sales, Product and Finance to turn data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics or related field.
• 5+ years as operations/business/data analyst.
• Experience administering Planhat or Salesforce.
• Strong Power BI and SQL skills, Snowflake preferred.
• Python or scripting for data preparation.
• Experience using AI tools in business context.

Responsibilities

• Lead Planhat admin and optimize workflows.
• Integrate Planhat with Snowflake, Salesforce and other systems.
• Design and deliver CS reporting for leadership.
• Develop AI features and prompts for CS processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance and Support.
