Job summary

Thales, based in Belfast, seeks a Senior Customer Operations Analyst to own the Customer Intelligence data platform and drive CS efficiency. You will manage Planhat configurations, automation and AI features, ensuring accurate data across Planhat and Snowflake.

You will partner with IT and Data teams to deliver reliable reporting and data quality for leadership. You will be hands-on in building dashboards in PowerBI, maintaining data definitions, and guiding CS teams on tooling usage.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Experience with Planhat or similar Customer Success platforms.
• Strong SQL skills and data-wrangling with Snowflake/SaaS data sources.
• Ability to document requirements and translate them into tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead administrator for Planhat with configuration, workflows and automation.
• Integrate Planhat with Snowflake, Salesforce and other systems, coordinating with IT.
• Develop and maintain AI features to assist Customer Success teams.
• Design and improve onboarding, reviews, renewals handovers and engagement processes.
• Build reporting in Planhat and PowerBI for leadership and operational view.
