Oliver Bernard is seeking an experienced customer success professional for a fast-growing AI-finance company. You will own customers from go-live, ensuring real value and ongoing growth across the lifecycle.

With hands-on ERP experience (NetSuite, Sage Intacct) and strong accounting knowledge, you will drive adoption around month-end close, build success plans, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to address customer needs.

Formación

• Experience in accounting, audit, finance consulting or ERP implementation.
• Breadth across order-to-cash and procure-to-pay, not limited to one area.
• Ability to translate accounting requirements into system configuration.

Responsabilidades

• Own customers from go-live onwards, ensuring value and growth.
• Manage key relationships, success plans and regular check-ins.
• Drive adoption, especially around month-end close; spot upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Act as escalation point for top-tier accounts.
• Build the support playbook: SOPs, a help centre and processes.
• Feed customer needs to Product and Engineering.
