Opply Technologies is seeking a Customer Operations Partner for its London hybrid role. You will own a portfolio of customer accounts, onboard suppliers, and drive AI-assisted operations to scale customer success.

You will prompt and tune AI agents, manage credit decisions, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries while improving processes with product and tech teams. This role blends relationship management with automation in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• Familiar with AI tools used in day-to-day work (e.g., Claude or ChatGPT).
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and processes in fast-moving startups.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of customer accounts from onboarding to steady-state operations.
• Prompt, configure, and maintain AI agents for routine workflows and escalations.
• Monitor key metrics like OTIF, invoice accuracy, and onboarding cycle times; drive process improvements.
