Portfolio Credit Control is seeking an AI Operations Manager to design and implement intelligent marketing operations. You’ll lead AI-powered initiatives spanning CRM, customer journeys and automation to drive efficiency and revenue.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to shape an ambitious AI capability across multiple brands, delivering measurable commercial impact and governance around data quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-powered marketing operations and automation strategy.
• Build intelligent customer profile models, ICPs, personas and predictive scoring.
• Design AI-driven customer journeys across email, web, paid media, SMS and CRM.
• Develop automation workflows, decision trees and AI-powered orchestration models.
• Build autonomous AI agents to improve marketing productivity and scalability.
• Drive dynamic personalisation using behavioural, intent and commercial data.
• Create governance around AI usage, data quality and compliance.
• Connect AI initiatives directly to pipeline growth, attribution and commercial performance.
• Work with senior marketing and growth leaders to identify AI opportunities.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and continuously improve marketing capabilities.
