Reporting to the Head of Marketing Operations, you’ll build AI-enabled profiles, journeys across email, web, paid media and CRM, and establish governance for data quality and compliance. A commercial mindset and hands-on approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations and CRM with AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of AI-powered marketing operations and automation strategy.
• Design AI-driven customer journeys across email, web, paid media, SMS and CRM.
• Develop automation workflows and AI orchestration models.
• Build predictive models, segmentation and lead scoring, and support governance around data quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with marketing and growth leaders to identify new AI opportunities.
