Responsibilities

• Own execution tracking across Partner Operations initiatives.
• Maintain the Action Log and Decision Register in Asana.
• Lead weekly stand-up and monthly governance cadence.
• Proactively follow up with stakeholders for timely updates.
• Publish operational updates across Viva Engage, Outlook, Teams, and Unifyr.
• Translate inputs into concise, action-oriented updates.
• Ensure consistency and standardisation of updates across channels.
• Promote adoption of Asana as the single source of truth.
• Identify opportunities for workflow and communications improvements.
• Leverage AI tools to summarize updates and improve clarity.
