Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a B2B CRM role.
• Experience with AI tools.
• Proven CRM and database management skills with large lists.
• Track record of high-volume email campaigns.
• Google Ads PPC planning and optimization.
• Social media marketing on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
• SEO with keyword research and on-page optimization.
• GDPR-aware data handling across international markets.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute AI-powered, hyper-segmented campaigns across a large buyer and prospect database.
• Run large-scale email marketing with focus on list growth and data acquisition.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns from brief to optimisation with external agency.
• Use CRM and data tools to segment and enrich contact data across markets.
• Apply predictive analytics to interpret audience interest and schedule campaigns.
• Present performance data in visual stories using AI-assisted tooling.
