Indeed Flex, a tech-first staffing platform near Farringdon, seeks an execution-focused marketer to own campaigns, content, and product marketing support end-to-end. You’ll leverage AI to accelerate copy variants, targeting, and insights while partnering with Revenue to keep the pipeline moving.

The role requires 4+ years in B2B marketing with hands-on ownership across campaigns and content, plus daily use of AI tools. It’s an in-office position with a Thursday remote option in London.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B marketing with hands-on ownership across campaigns and content.
• Daily embedded use of AI tools in a professional context.
• Proven grit, speed, and delivery without a large team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute campaigns across paid, email, and organic channels from brief to live to optimisation.
• Produce content across formats (long-form, social, email sequences, landing pages) using AI and review for readiness.
• Create positioning docs, battlecards, and enablement assets with AI research pipelines.
• Translate product and competitive intelligence into messaging that lands with buyers.
