Job summary

Moody's Analytics, a global leader in analytics, seeks a contract‑focused professional to manage the full lifecycle of commercial agreements within a dedicated sales portfolio. You will draft, negotiate, and execute Tier 1 sales agreements, ensuring compliance and alignment with internal policies while supporting growth and client satisfaction.

You will collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Billing to resolve complex issues, analyze licensing and pricing structures, and accelerate deal closure.

Qualifications

• Two years of contract-related experience in procurement, finance, legal, sales support, or related business environment.
• Strong knowledge of contract drafting, negotiation, and execution practices while maintaining internal policy compliance.
• Attention to detail in analyzing pricing structures, licensing parameters, and contract terms.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across Sales, Legal, Finance, Billing, and other stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, risk identification, and issue-resolution capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM and contract management systems.
• Experience with AI concepts and using AI tools to streamline workflows and improve operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle to support growth, client satisfaction, and operational excellence across a sales portfolio.
• Lead end-to-end contract process for new business and renewals, advising on strategy, drafting, negotiation, and execution.
• Participate in pipeline reviews to assess commercial approaches, contractual risks, and deal acceleration.
• Analyze customer info, licensing, pricing, and terms to support cross-selling and revenue initiatives.
• Draft and negotiate Tier 1 sales agreements in line with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer data across CRM and other business platforms.
• Review contracts for completeness and ensure supporting docs for order processing.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Billing and other stakeholders to resolve issues and modify contracts as needed.
• Serve as a trusted contact for client inquiries, delivering timely resolutions and high customer satisfaction.
