Job summary

Source Group International Ltd is seeking a Content Operations Lead to oversee end-to-end content operations across photoshoots, post-production, CGI and emerging AI-driven workflows. You will coordinate platforms, assets and delivery requirements with internal teams and external partners.

The role emphasizes process improvements, metadata standards, naming conventions and scalable delivery, with hands-on use of Adobe Creative Cloud tools and a proactive approach to technology adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience with digital asset management and content delivery workflows.
• Able to translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly organised with ownership and continuous improvement mindset.
• Familiar with CGI, 3D asset production and delivery requirements across agencies and platforms.
• Experience with workflow and content operations systems.
• Interest in AI-driven creative production and content automation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end content operations across shoots, CGI, post-production and AI-driven workflows.
• Configure and optimise content operations platforms and tools.
• Guide agencies on asset specs, naming conventions and delivery requirements.
• Act as technical point of contact for asset setup and production workflows.
• Support quality assurance by ensuring assets meet technical standards including formats and metadata.
• Drive process improvements with a focus on AI-assisted content creation and scalable delivery models.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners across the production lifecycle.
