Job summary

Source Group International in London is seeking a Content Operations Lead to oversee end-to-end content workflows across photography, CGI and AI-driven production.

The role focuses on aligning production teams, managing platforms, and ensuring asset formats, metadata and delivery specifications meet partner standards.

You will work with internal and external partners to drive scalable, high-quality asset delivery throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of digital asset management and metadata standards.
• Ability to translate complex production concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly organised with a proactive approach and continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience with AI-assisted content creation within creative production environments.
• Familiarity with CGI, 3D asset delivery and content platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end content operations across photoshoots, post-production, CGI, virtual production and AI-driven workflows.
• Configure, manage and optimise content operations platforms, including project management and asset review tools.
• Guide external agencies and production partners on asset specs, naming conventions and delivery requirements.
• Act as a technical point of contact for asset setup, production workflows and delivery feasibility.
• Support QA to ensure assets meet formats, metadata, file structures and delivery specifications.
• Drive process improvements with a focus on AI-assisted content creation and scalable delivery models.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to maintain efficient asset management across the lifecycle.
