Job summary

DEPT® in London is seeking a Digital Content Consultant to help clients optimise their content supply chains at scale, leveraging AI, automation and Adobe Experience Manager & Workfront.

You will lead discovery workstreams, map the content lifecycle, identify bottlenecks, and design workflows to reduce cost, improve quality and speed, while aligning with brand guidelines and governance across channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of content supply optimisation experience.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions for content platforms.
• Deep understanding of Content Management platforms (AEM, Workfront) from a business perspective.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workstreams and align with customers on business goals and metrics.
• Map the content lifecycle from creation to distribution and identify bottlenecks.
• Define the role of Generative AI and automation to reduce cost and time to create, produce and deliver content.
• Design workflows and approval processes to move content across stages.
• Guide customers on AI model training to ensure brand-consistent representation.
