OLIVER in Leeds is seeking an Assistant Communications Delivery Manager to orchestrate content-to-delivery across email, print, digital messaging and PDF channels. You will convert approved content into technical briefs, manage testing, and ensure quality before go-live, while working independently across multiple delivery streams and contributing to the Centre of Excellence.

Competenze

• Experience in a delivery-focused role in Operations, Change Management, Marketing, CRM or Digital.
• Strong channel knowledge across owned communications, including email, print and digital messaging.
• Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach to proofreading specifications and proofs.
• Proficiency with Gen AI tools relevant to communications delivery and operations.
• Collaborative working across multidisciplinary squads and with content, risk, technology and supplier teams.

Mansioni

• Translate approved content into channel-appropriate technical specifications and delivery briefs for email, print, digital messaging and PDF channels.
• Manage end-to-end implementation, coordinating with internal delivery teams and external third parties to build, schedule and deploy communications.
• Oversee testing and quality cycles: manage proofs, test outputs and logs and resolve issues with audit trails.
• Carry out final QA checks to ensure accuracy and alignment with approved versions.
• Maintain the communications inventory and ensure auditable records after each live deployment.
• Deliver accessible PDFs and coordinate web-accessibility testing with authors for timely publication.
• Identify and implement process improvements to simplify delivery workflows and reduce risk in legacy systems.
• Work within a multidisciplinary squad to deliver communications for different customer segments and outcomes.
