Job summary

OLIVER is seeking a Senior Content Manager in London to own client content strategies across Brandbank, Amazon Vendor Central, and PIM, and to lead the end-to-end workflows that bring them to life. You will bridge brand, marketing, and creative teams, setting quality and consistency standards across channels.

You'll drive NPD content launches, oversee scoping, asset review, publishing, and ongoing maintenance, and mentor a small creative team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in content management strategy development
• Platform publishing across Brandbank, Amazon Vendor Central and PIM
• Experience leading content projects from scoping to publishing
• Strong editing and proofreading with attention to detail
• Collaborative cross-functional working style with marketing, product and brand teams
• Data-informed decision making and use of AI to improve content workflows
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement content strategy serving client objectives, including A/B testing plans for Amazon product pages
• Lead end-to-end content management across publishing platforms (setup, upload, edits, maintenance)
• Serve as NPD content lead for launches on DCOMM
• Oversee content execution from scoping to proposal creation and alignment with creative teams
• Ensure published content is accurate, on-brand, and channel-appropriate
• Collaborate with product, brand and marketing to align content with strategic guidelines
• Partner with copywriters and designers to produce visually rich, copy-strong content
• Use data and commercial insight to inform decisions and drive improvement
• Monitor workflows and ensure adherence to standards and timelines
• Build relationships across the business to keep stakeholders informed
