Motorsport Network, LLC is seeking a Commercial Innovation Manager to sit at the centre of our Commercial & Marketing evolution, driving AI-enabled change across functions and delivering measurable commercial impact.

You will identify opportunities with the Head of Commercial Strategy, design practical solutions, and shepherd them from idea through implementation to adoption with partners and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial sense with ability to quantify value and prioritize initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with AI, automation and low-code tech in business environments.
• Ability to translate complex challenges into clear requirements and roadmaps.
• Proven track record delivering technology-enabled change and efficiency gains.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration within commercial, marketing or partnerships contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI use cases across Commercial & Marketing.
• Drive efficiency and productivity through cross-team collaboration.
• Design and implement AI agents, workflows and low-code solutions.
• Build AI prompt libraries, templates and playbooks for consistent use.
• Map and optimise commercial processes with a prioritized pipeline.
• Standardise automated reporting and improve data accessibility.
• Lead AI adoption and capability building via training and champions networks.
• Define and track KPIs to demonstrate impact to the Head of Commercial Strategy.
• Coordinate requirements with technology partners and internal stakeholders.
• Champion governance around data access and confidentiality.
• Ensure solutions are delivered within agreed governance frameworks.
