Job summary

Duke Network in London is seeking an AI Innovation Manager to lead the commercialisation of AI enablement across the agency. You will audit AI usage, identify opportunities, and design structured workflows and governance to scale AI across Creative, Strategy, and Digital teams.

You will map processes, develop a 12–24 month AI roadmap aligned with commercial objectives, define KPIs for productivity and revenue, and drive training, adoption, and new revenue streams from proprietary tools.

Qualifications

• Strong ICT or technical background.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools in commercial environments.
• Ability to translate technical capability into business outcomes.
• Experience in a creative, marketing or digital agency environment.
• Exposure to automation tools (e.g. API integrations, workflow automation platforms).
• Understanding of SaaS commercial models.

Responsibilities

• Audit current AI usage with each department.
• Identify efficiency, quality and margin improvements.
• Design and implement structured AI workflows and governance.
• Measure and report financial impact.
