Job summary

Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team in Silverstone is seeking a Commercial Innovation Manager to drive AI-enabled improvements across the Commercial & Marketing function. You will work with the Head of Commercial Strategy and technology partners to identify opportunities, design practical solutions and deliver measurable impact.

You will lead end-to-end AI use cases, build scalable automations, maintain AI prompts, and define KPIs to track value.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial acumen with ability to quantify value and prioritise initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with AI, LLMs, automation and low-code technology.
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable requirements and processes.
• Experience delivering technology-enabled change, transformation or efficiency in commercial/marketing.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in productivity, efficiency or commercial performance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to drive adoption among non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI use cases across Commercial & Marketing, translating requirements into practical solutions.
• Drive commercial efficiency through cross-team collaboration.
• Design and implement AI agents, automated workflows and low-code solutions to simplify processes.
• Build and maintain AI prompts, templates and playbooks for consistent use.
• Map and optimise commercial processes and maintain a prioritised pipeline based on value.
• Standardise and automate recurring reporting, tracking and administrative processes.
