Job summary

Supplement Factory is seeking a Commercial Support Executive in Ashford, Kent. You will sit with a Senior BDM, handling intricate admin, CRM systems and AI-assisted workflows to move deals forward. This is a hands-on, office-based role designed to grow alongside a high-performing sales partner.

You’ll support commercial conversations, manage the inbox, and ensure all live opportunities are up to date while travelling for key customer meetings as part of a two-person team.

Qualifications

• Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and records.
• Familiarity with AI tools and automated workflows.
• Exceptional attention to detail in pricing, timelines and client information.
• Clear written and verbal communication for internal and client-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Partner daily with a Senior BDM to support commercial activities.
• Own administration, inbox management and technical detail to keep deals moving.
• Prepare materials, track actions and maintain tidy live opportunities.
• Join customer conversations on video calls and in meetings as needed.
• Travel with the two-person team for customer meetings.
