Job summary

Diamond Search Recruitment Ltd. is recruiting a Commercial Support Executive (Sales Support) for an office-based role in Ashford, Kent. You will form a two-person team with the Senior BDM, handling administration, CRM updates and follow-through on live opportunities.

You will gain exposure to customer meetings and live commercial opportunities, with a clear progression path into a more senior commercial role and a focus on technology-driven processes, AI and automation.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and project management platforms.
• Interest in AI, automation and smarter workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior BDM with commercial administration.
• Manage inboxes, actions and pricing details.
• Prepare documents ahead of customer meetings.
• Keep opportunities organized and progressing.
• Use AI tools to streamline workflows.
• Attend customer video calls and meetings.
• Travel to customer meetings as needed.
