Supplement Factory is a global contract manufacturer of food supplements, supporting brands through formulation, product development, sampling, compliance, manufacturing, packaging and finished product delivery.
We work with ambitious start-ups and established international brands to turn product ideas into commercially viable manufactured supplements — and we run a tech-first commercial operation where systems, AI and smart workflows matter as much as customer conversations.
This is a hands-on commercial support role built to make a Senior Business Development Manager more effective every day.
You will sit alongside a Senior BDM as a genuine two-person team: they lead the commercial conversations and close; you own the detail, the systems and the follow-through that keep deals moving cleanly. The better you make that partnership, the stronger the team’s results — and your bonus is tied to shared monthly and quarterly milestones, so success is measured together.
Day to day you will run CRM and project systems with precision, use AI, automations and agent-style workflows to remove routine admin, keep the inbox and technical detail under control, and join customer conversations — on video calls, in meetings and when travelling with your Senior BDM — so you stay close to the live deal.
This is more than administration. It suits someone who is comfortable in a sales environment, wants to learn the craft properly and sees a clear path to grow into a more senior commercial role over time.
You are organised, precise and naturally systems-minded. You like getting things right first time, you are curious about AI and smarter ways of working, and you are comfortable speaking up on calls and in meetings.
You enjoy supporting a high-performing salesperson and take pride in making the whole team look sharper. You want to grow in sales, not stay stuck in a purely admin box — and you are motivated by shared targets where strong teamwork shows up in results.
Prior supplement or manufacturing knowledge is not required; training is provided.
This role combines systems excellence with real customer exposure. Applicants should be comfortable with detail-heavy work and happy to be visible on calls and in meetings as part of a commercial team.
