Job summary

Atos SE in London is seeking an Organisational Change Management Consultant to support transformation programmes. This role requires hands-on, people-focused change delivery within digital and AI-enabled projects and eligibility for SC-level security clearance.

You will lead change efforts, design adoption strategies, engage stakeholders, and work with clients to implement structured change across organizational design, communications, training, and governance.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on change management experience within digital, AI, and business transformation programmes.
• Ability to develop and implement change strategies across organisations and operating models.
• Experience engaging senior sponsors and managing stakeholder resistance.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning for Change: develop the case for change and future state.
• Mobilising Adoption: drive adoption of new technologies and engagement plans.
• Delivering Change: address user adoption issues and ensure successful implementation.
• Organisational Design: align structures, roles, and workforce planning.
• Client Engagement: work with clients to tailor change strategies and ensure delivery.
