To meet this goal, Amazon is continually striving to innovate and provide best in class service levels through the introduction of pioneering new products and services in the last mile delivery space. We are doing this by building a world class last mile operation, significantly complimented by Amazon Flex. This role is based out of our corporate office. The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging data to deliver actionable insights that impact daily business, has a strong delivery record, and is experienced in driving execution in a cross-functional environment, backed by analysis and data. Throughout the day, you'll collaborate with cross-functional partners to align on resource requirements and implementation strategies. You will spend time diving deep into data analysis, using tools like SQL, Excel and AI agents to extract meaningful patterns and trends that inform your planning decisions. Regular stakeholder meetings will be part of your routine, where you'll present your findings and recommendations to key business partners. Your role will also involve continuously monitoring planning accuracy, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing solutions to enhance the planning process. Working in this dynamic environment, you'll need to remain flexible and ready to respond to changing business needs while maintaining focus on long-term strategic planning objectives.
