Job summary

Arcube, a fast-growing Manchester-based travel-tech company, is hiring a Business Development & AI Automation Associate to accelerate growth by identifying airline opportunities and building AI-powered sales workflows.

You will own outbound campaigns, engage with senior airline executives, attend industry events, and help scale processes through AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and APIs. You’ll report to founders and have freedom to experiment.

Qualifications

• Experience building AI workflows and automations.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted prospecting tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior professionals.
• Ambitious, commercially curious, resourceful with ownership.
• Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify airline and travel partners globally.
• Own end-to-end outbound campaigns (emails, LinkedIn, outreach).
• Build and maintain AI-powered workflows to optimise processes.
• Represent Arcube at international travel conferences and events.
• Maintain an organised CRM with deals and notes.
• Collaborate with founders on opportunities and demos.
