Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in IT, business or PM.
• 3–5 years’ experience as a business analyst and/or project manager in software/utilities.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to build business cases and ROI analyses.
• Solid Salesforce capabilities, configuration, data management and integrations.
• Experience delivering projects in Agile, Scrum, Kanban or hybrid environments.
• Proficiency with Jira, Asana, MS Project and Monday.com for planning and backlog mgmt.

Responsibilities

• Partner with colleagues to model business functions, processes, and data structures.
• Assess viability of initiatives; prepare ROI and cost-benefit analyses.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, ML and data analytics.
• Monitor AI model performance; refine approaches for accuracy.
• Ensure AI projects comply with data privacy, security, governance standards.
• Gather and validate requirements; translate into user stories and criteria.
• Produce analysis deliverables using Confluence, Jira, Lucidchart, Visio.
• Create specs and plans; manage scope, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies.
• Plan stakeholder meetings; present findings and actions clearly.
• Support UAT for new or improved processes and IT systems.
• Model processes and data; perform gap, impact, risk analyses.
• Support teams and suppliers; link business and technical stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems and efficiency; advise management.
