Job summary

Clearwater People Solutions Ltd on behalf of a client is seeking a Business Process Analyst to drive AI enablement initiatives and map current processes to identify improvement opportunities. The role partners with operational teams to translate pain points into AI use cases and to define measurable benefits that automation can deliver.

The position is hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days remote) and involves collaboration with teams such as customer service, payments, and financial crime to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst on similar initiatives.
• Experience with AI-enabled initiatives and process improvement projects.
• Gather requirements and map existing processes to build clear use cases.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate complex topics clearly.

• Produce high-quality artefacts including process narratives and functional and non-functional requirements.
• Ensure solutions are designed for scalability, maintainability and clear ownership once live.

Job description

Our client is currently recruiting for a Business Process Analyst to join their team to work on AI enablement projects within the business operation teams. The Business Process Analyst will work closely with Operational teams to identify where AI can be implemented to help improve processes and efficiencies. The Business Process Analyst will gather requirements and map out existing processes and build uses cases.

This is a hybrid role (2 days onsite/ 3 days remote).

• Experience with AI-enabled initiatives and use case definition
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate complex topics clearly
