Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing broker relationships within the insurance sector.
• Proven ability to exceed revenue targets and drive business growth.
• Existing broker network enabling rapid integration and impact.
• Strong understanding of the commercial broker marketplace and processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary face of Flock for a panel of broker partners, driving mutual growth.
• Deliver high volumes of broker submissions to support growth targets.
• Build and expand the broker panel, onboarding partners quickly.
• Proactively engage brokers, promoting Flock’s appetite and proposition in new sectors.
• Develop data-driven account growth strategies to drive performance.
• Support day-to-day trading activity to boost conversion and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve shared growth objectives.
• Maintain broker advocacy by being responsive and passionate about Flock’s product.
• Use AI daily for broker research, meeting prep and pipeline analysis.
