Job summary

PwC UK is seeking a senior leader to build and scale the Microsoft AES offering across the UK. You will oversee the full lifecycle of large, complex managed services opportunities, from demand generation to delivery oversight, ensuring sustained value for clients and revenue growth.

The role requires deep Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure expertise, strong AES/managed services design experience, and proven ability to balance cost, quality and scalability in a global delivery model.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of originating and securing large AES or managed services deals.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement, and Azure.
• Experience leading RFP/RFI responses and structuring commercial deals for large scales.

Responsibilities

• Lead origination and qualification of large AES opportunities.
• Design end-to-end Microsoft AES solutions aligned to client business outcomes.
• Embed AES into transformation programmes at pre-sales stage to improve win rates.
• Own Microsoft AES sales targets and pipeline development.
• Develop scalable, cost-effective global delivery models leveraging automation and AI.
• Act as senior client adviser during pursuits and early delivery phases.
• Strengthen alliance-led go-to-market activity with Microsoft.
• Ensure effective transition from sales to delivery, protecting quality, margin and client outcomes.
