Job summary

PwC UK is seeking a senior leader to build and scale the Oracle AES offering across the UK, overseeing the full lifecycle from demand generation through to delivery oversight. You will drive large, complex managed services opportunities and shape AES into ongoing client value beyond go‑live.

This role demands deep Oracle AES/ERP experience, strong delivery design capabilities, and the ability to lead multi‑functional teams and alliances.

Qualifications

• Experience originating and securing complex AES, managed services or transformation deals.
• Deep expertise across Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, HCM, SCM or related Oracle platforms, with strong AES/managed services solution design experience.
• Experience leading RFP/RFI responses and commercial structuring of large-scale services.
• Ability to engage and influence senior client stakeholders, including C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead origination and qualification of large, complex Oracle AES opportunities
• Design end-to-end Oracle AES solutions aligned to client business outcomes
• Embed AES into transformation programmes at pre-sales stage to improve win rates
• Own Oracle AES sales targets and pipeline development
• Develop scalable, cost-effective global delivery models leveraging automation and AI
• Act as senior client adviser during pursuits and early delivery phases
• Strengthen alliance-led go-to-market activity with Oracle
• Ensure effective transition from sales to delivery, protecting quality, margin and client outcomes
