Job summary

PwC is seeking an AES Service Delivery Lead to own the delivery and growth of its managed services portfolio. You will lead Service Delivery and Customer Success teams, ensuring performance, client satisfaction and compliance across UK and global delivery networks.

You will work to define scalable operational frameworks aligned to ITIL and ISO 20000-1, oversee governance, mobilization, transitions and continuous improvement, and help shape the future of AES through AI and automation.

Qualifications

• Strong technology and service delivery leadership skills across complex application managed services.
• ITIL certified, ideally ITIL 4 Managing Professional, with governance, KPIs and risk knowledge.
• Effective people leadership across UK, nearshore and offshore delivery models.
• Commercially aware with ability to manage P&L and bids.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AES service delivery, ensuring strong client outcomes and compliance with SLAs and quality standards.
• Oversee Service Delivery and Customer Success teams, providing senior oversight and coaching.
• Own and evolve AES service management in line with ITIL and ISO 20000-1, including governance and transitions.
• Shape AES delivery using AI, automation and standardisation across UK and global teams.
