Job summary

ContentX Labs is an AI licensing company enabling AI labs to access rights-cleared video and audio content for training. We seek an AI Data Licensing Associate to own the top of the funnel: identify prospects, run outbound sequences, and build a disciplined pipeline in HubSpot.

Once a conversation is live and qualified, you’ll hand it off to the Senior AI Data Licensing Manager to structure and close the deal.

Qualifications

• 5 years in a B2B sales, business development, or SDR/BDR role (data, content, SaaS, or tech preferred).
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or comparable CRM) and outbound tooling (Apollo, Sales Navigator, or similar).
• Comfortable doing high-volume, self-sourced outreach without relying on inbound leads.
• Fluency in English; other European languages or an Asian language is a strong plus.
• Comfortable working across Americas, EMEA and APAC time zones.
• Exposure to the AI/ML industry or content/IP licensing is welcomed, but not required

Responsibilities

• Build and manage an active pipeline of AI companies across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
• Identify and qualify accounts across hyperscaler AI labs, frontier model startups, enterprise AI divisions, and mid-market labs.
• Develop and run outbound sequences, account mapping, and prospecting frameworks.
• Run first-touch and nurture outreach across email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified conversations.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads before handoff to the Senior AI Data Licensing Manager.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene in HubSpot with complete records for forecasting.
