Job summary

Lead Technologist | AI, Data & Innovation seeking to shape a portfolio of AI, data and operational intelligence products for a major UK aviation organisation. Identify problems, explore new technology, build POCs and move ideas into production within a live operational environment.

You will own the technical direction across innovative products, working with operations, data science, commercial and technology teams to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering AI/data systems in production environments.
Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
Experience leading technical teams and mentoring peers.
Comfort working in complex, regulated or operational settings.

Responsibilities

Define and shape the technical direction across AI, data and operational intelligence products.
Lead the implementation of AI/ML concepts from POC to production.
Oversee integrations across complex enterprise systems and data flows.
Collaborate with operations, data science, commercial and technology stakeholders.
Develop proposals balancing innovation, risk, speed and value.
