Job summary

Kao Data is seeking a Technical Operations Manager to lead the Data Centre Operations and Integrated Facilities Management teams. You will support day-to-day operations, coordinate budgets, and ensure 24/7 reliability for client environments while driving operational excellence.

You will collaborate with the outsourced facilities management provider, lead incident response, and contribute to strategic planning for multiple assets within Kao Data’s portfolio.

Qualifications

• Chartered engineer or suitably qualified experience.
• Extensive experience in managing critical infrastructure.
• Proven track record in budgetary management and cost control.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with delivery excellence.

Responsibilities

• Support the Technical Operations Director to deliver services across Kao Data portfolio.
• Ensure 24/7/365 availability and incident response for client environments.
• Oversee M&E and BMS/Controls to maximise uptime and reliability.
• Manage relationships with outsourced facilities management partners and vendors.
• Develop and maintain SOPs/EOPs and KPI/SLA reporting for client contracts.
