Job summary

Kao Data is seeking a Delivery Manager to coordinate and deliver data centre projects from design through construction, aligning with programme, cost and quality objectives. You will review processes, secure approvals and identify issues that could impact delivery.

You will manage budgets and schedules, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure continuous alignment with Kao’s governance and IMS requirements, delivering operational excellence for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering data-centre or mission critical projects from design through to closeout.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams across design, procurement, and construction.
• Strong cost management and change control capability.
• Proven ability to present complex programme status to executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery management of multiple data centre projects with budgets, schedules and status reports.
• Prepare monthly development program updates for executive reviews.
• Present information clearly to support timely decisions.
• Support development and maintenance of site-wide capital replacement programmes.
• Lead multi-phased site development plans to meet time, budget and quality targets.
• Coordinate ongoing stakeholder meetings and track contractor performance.
