Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking an AI CX Delivery Consultant to design and build agentic experiences that merge CX strategy with engineering, delivering production AI agents for client projects in London, Manchester or Edinburgh. You will work with LangGraph, LangChain, ClaudeCode/Codex/Gemini, and vector databases such as Pinecone or Weaviate, deploying on AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI, or Azure AI Studio.

There is a strong emphasis on bridging CX and engineering in a collaborative, high-growth

Qualifications

• Engineering background with production experience in AI systems.
• Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI or equivalent).
• Experience with foundation model APIs (Claude API, OpenAI API or Vertex AI).
• RAG implementation with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, LlamaIndex).
• Cloud deployment on AWS, GCP or Azure.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic experiences end-to-end, from brief to deployed agent in production.
• Bridge CX and engineering by translating CX requirements into technical implementations.
• Grow the practice by sharing reusable delivery assets and staying at the frontier of agentic tooling.
