Job summary
NexGen Cloud Ltd. in London, UK, is hiring a Business Development Manager for AI Cloud & Infrastructure. This hybrid role focuses on new logo acquisition and early-stage deal progression with GenAI scale-ups and enterprise AI teams.
You will own pipeline generation, engage CTOs and infrastructure leaders, and collaborate across sales, marketing and technical teams to sharpen messaging and drive conversions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in business development or solution sales
- Background in cloud infrastructure, IaaS, AI computing, or HPC
- Experience selling to AI engineers, data scientists, DevOps and infra teams
- Strong command of complex B2B sales cycles
- Fluency in CRM and sales engagement tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo)
Responsibilities
- Own pipeline generation from inbound and outbound leads across GenAI scale-ups and enterprise AI teams
- Drive new logo acquisition through targeted outreach and engagement with CTOs and heads of AI
- Lead technical discovery on workload requirements, GPU compute and infrastructure fit
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and technical teams to sharpen messaging and improve funnel conversion
- Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline in CRM with forecasting to enable business planning
- Identify patterns across accounts and markets to spot emerging demand and edge opportunities
