Deloitte London is seeking an experienced Business Change Manager for a hybrid role (London – 2-3 days onsite). The contract runs from November 2026 for 6–9 months, delivering people change, adoption and implementation activities for AI-enabled ways of working.

The role requires significant change management experience in regulated environments, with strong stakeholder engagement and governance of training deliverables.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering business change and transformation in large, complex organisations.
• Proven ability to develop and implement change strategies, rollouts and adoption plans.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with senior leaders and delivery teams.
• Experience leading readiness, adoption and tech-enabled change programmes.
• Effective communications, engagement and change-network activities.
• Comfort working with suppliers and third parties to deliver learning deliverables.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver change management activities supporting AI programme initiatives.
• Lead stakeholder engagement across senior leaders and technology teams.
• Assess impacts and design adoption strategies to embed new ways of working.
• Design communications and knowledge-sharing to build awareness of AI solutions.
• Drive business readiness ensuring people and processes are prepared for change.
• Provide governance and QA of training plans by third-party suppliers.
• Monitor adoption outcomes and mitigate risks to maximise benefits.
