Job summary

B2e Consulting is seeking a senior consultant to lead business change, readiness and adoption activities for a technology-enabled AI programme in the financial services sector. The role focuses on delivering change management plans, stakeholder engagement and governance across business and technology teams.

The candidate will drive adoption, manage risks, and ensure effective communications and training. 50% UK-based office presence, Inside IR35 contract for 9 months with potential extension,

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering business change and transformation in large, complex organisations.
• Proven ability to develop change management strategies and adoption plans.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders, business stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Experience leading business readiness, adoption and implementation for technology-enabled change programmes.
• Experience delivering communications, engagement and awareness activities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, suppliers and third parties.
• Solid understanding of change management methodologies, tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver change management activities, rollout approaches and adoption plans for AI programme initiatives.
• Lead stakeholder engagement across senior leaders, business teams and technology delivery teams.
• Assess business impacts and support adoption, resistance management and embedding of new ways of working.
• Deliver communications, engagement, knowledge-sharing and business readiness activities.
• Provide governance, oversight and quality assurance of third-party supplier training plans and deliverables.
• Monitor adoption and change outcomes, identify risks and implement actions to maximise uptake and benefits realisation.
• Provide business change expertise and advice to programme, business and technology stakeholders.
