The University of Oxford is seeking a strategic Head of AI and Automation in Professional Services to shape how AI and workflow automation are deployed across professional functions.

You will lead a team, build a scalable operating model, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver measurable benefits. This is a hybrid role based in Oxford with a fixed-term contract until 31 July 2029.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Strong technical knowledge of workflow automation and AI solutions.
• Proven experience leading development and deployment of digital solutions that improve business processes.
• Outstanding people management skills and ability to lead teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership for AI and automation across Professional Services.
• Shape operating model, governance and delivery to scale value.
