You will define and implement the AI software strategy, mentor high-performing engineering teams, influence product direction, and collaborate across hardware, systems and product teams to deploy scalable AI platforms.

Qualifications

• Extensive expertise in AI and ML, with a strong grasp of workloads, deployment, inference and optimization.
• Proven experience in technical leadership, mentoring and managing engineering teams.
• Proficient in software architecture for scalable AI platforms and production-grade systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of an AI acceleration platform addressing performance and efficiency challenges.
• Define and implement the AI software strategy for a growing engineering organization.
• Influence product direction, technology decisions, and long-term planning for AI initiatives.
