Job summary

Mark Allen Group Ltd seeks an AI Strategic Implementation Lead to drive a Group-wide transformation programme. You will lead a four-person AI Implementation Pod, orchestrating change across processes, workflows and governance to deliver measurable business value.

You will collaborate with senior executives, manage external partners, and shape adoption of AI and automation across multiple offices, while aligning with strategic objectives and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex transformation programmes involving people, process, technology and operating model change.
• Practical experience applying AI or automation to business workflows and an understanding of adoption challenges.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into practical implementation and delivery.
• Strong structured problem‑solving and analytical capability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence working with senior executives and challenging established thinking.
• Experience leading cross‑functional programmes with multiple workstreams.
• Strong commercial judgement and prioritisation of value.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction and priorities for the AI Implementation Pod within the Group transformation programme, ensuring integrated delivery.
• Bring pilots, tools and initiatives into the central programme, identifying gaps and duplication.
• Coordinate workflow transformation, tooling, governance, policy, training, adoption and technical implementation to stay aligned with Group priorities.
• Provide leadership across the programme, resolve escalated issues, and keep workstreams aligned with objectives.
• Translate business needs into practical implementation plans and lead redesign of priority workflows.
• Identify changes in roles, responsibilities and structures arising from AI/automation adoption.
• Ensure AI activities operate within governance and policy, developing standards as needed.
• Maintain horizon scanning with the AI Lead and Fellow to keep the Group proactive.
