Ideal for a graduate or someone with 2-5 years in Engineering, Data or Startup environments. You will work directly with founders in a high-impact, autonomous role, with equity and ownership.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or 2-5 years in Engineering, Data, Product, Consulting or Startup environments.
• Strong software engineering background with building real-world solutions.
• Interest in scaling businesses and commercial impact.

Responsibilities

• Building AI-powered workflows and automations across sales, marketing and operations
• Creating lead sourcing, enrichment and scoring systems
• Developing internal tools used daily across the business
• Working with APIs, databases and LLMs to automate manual processes
• Turning business problems into technical solutions that drive growth
• Working directly alongside founders in a highly collaborative environment
