Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an Agentic Consulting Specialist / Product Manager to bridge business strategy and technical execution. You will design, build, and deploy autonomous AI Agents that automate complex, multi-app workflows, advising both C-suite stakeholders and IT teams.

You’ll own the AI agent lifecycle from concept to production, define roadmaps, translate rules into specs for Agent Studio and ADK, ensure secure data grounding, and orchestrate enterprise integrations across systems.

Responsibilities

• AI Product Strategy and Vision: Drive adoption of Agentic AI by showing how autonomous agents shift from reactive software usage to proactive, automated process execution.
• Product Development and Execution: Own the lifecycle of the AI agent from conceptualization to stable production deployment, managing cross-functional technical teams.
• Stakeholder Alignment and Go-to-Market: Act as product evangelist and governance lead, coordinating with Engineering, UX, Sales, and Marketing.
