Job summary

Hackajob Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of enterprise AI agents, working with engineers and customers to translate complex concepts into practical solutions.

You will demonstrate our agent to key stakeholders, gather requirements across levels, and help shape product strategy while guiding technical teams to deliver scalable outcomes. The role emphasizes communication with executives and a strong technical background in React/TypeScript/Go.

Qualifications

5–7 years of product development for highly technical products.
Experience in Product Management or a Senior PM level.
Ability to tailor messages for executives.
Explain highly technical AI concepts to diverse audiences.
Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
AI-related product development experience is a plus.
Some coding experience with React, TypeScript and Go is helpful.
An MBA or equivalent professional experience is helpful.
Experience interfacing with end customers to influence software development is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Partner with engineers and customers to build enterprise-grade AI agents handling thousands of conversations daily.
Engage with customers at all levels to discover requirements.
Prepare and present demonstrations of our agent.
Collaborate with technical teams to overcome challenges in customers' processes.
Develop and improve virtual agents to fit customers' needs.
Become a trusted advisor and drive strategic technical plans.
Work with engineering and product teams to scope and implement features for customer success.
