Job summary

Cognizant in London is seeking an experienced professional to deliver AI-enabled automation solutions end-to-end, from design in architectural specs through production operation.

You will build and deploy AI agents, integrate automation layers with enterprise systems via APIs, and own the full delivery lifecycle from development to production support, including monitoring and incident response.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building automations or agents, with AI/LLM development.
• Strong API/integration skills including REST, webhooks, and event streaming.
• Cloud experience across Azure/AWS/GCP with basic infrastructure-as-code.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI agents and LLM-based automations per architecture designs.
• Integrate automation layers with enterprise systems via APIs and events.
• Own the full delivery lifecycle from development to production support.
• Set up deployment pipelines (CI/CD) for AI services and automations on cloud platforms.
• Troubleshoot production issues and monitor for failures, collaborating with the Architect.
