Job summary

Worldwide Events Group is seeking an AI Data & Insights Officer (FTC) to turn business data into reliable insights and reusable intelligence. You will work within Agent Factory, ensuring AI agents and decision-makers access accurate, structured information across Salesforce, event platforms and marketing systems.

This six-month fixed-term role reports to the Head of AI Implementation and requires strong data analysis, BI, and AI enablement skills to drive commercial value and operational

Qualifications

Strong experience with data analysis and BI.
Experience with Salesforce and CRM data.
Knowledge of KPI design and dashboarding.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain datasets, models and insights for AI agents and business decisions.
Consolidate, cleanse and structure information from Salesforce and other platforms.
Define data-quality, metadata and governance standards for Agent Factory.
Identify trends, risks and commercial opportunities in WWE datasets.
Create and maintain knowledge bases for improved agent accuracy.
Design dashboards and scorecards to measure performance and ROI of AI agents.
