Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced AI Implementation Lead to work with teams across the business to map processes, identify automation opportunities and design agent workflows that deliver measurable value. The role is based in Greater London and focuses on implementing AI agents and automation across departments.

You will configure, test and deploy AI agents using WWE's platforms, train users, support rollout, and continuously improve the agent ecosystem while reporting to the Head of AI

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of business processes and workflows.
• Organised with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience implementing process improvements or technology-driven change.
• Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly.
• Background with AI agents, large language models or workflow automation tools.
• Familiarity with agent orchestration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Document workflows and specify AI agent requirements.
• Configure, test and deploy AI agents.
• Train users and promote adoption of AI tools across the organisation.
• Support rollout of agentic solutions across departments.
• Monitor effectiveness and gather feedback from users.
• Maintain agent playbooks and documentation.
• Report to the Head of AI Implementation.
