Qualifications

• Extensive software engineering experience with backend and distributed systems.
• Proven experience building production‑grade LLM and agentic AI apps.
• Expert Python skills including async programming and complex workflows.
• Experience with microservices, containers, and orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and hands‑on delivery within embedded teams.
• Design end‑to‑end agentic workflows using Python and platform tools.
• Integrate enterprise APIs, databases, and microservices with AI agents.
• Ensure secure, resilient agent execution environments and controls.
• Drive architecture reviews, code reviews, and security assessments.
• Mentor engineers and promote reusable enterprise capabilities.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to align design patterns.
• Champion responsible AI meeting security, governance and risk standards.
